The industry I love was dying. So I built something for it.

I’m Kai. I’m a chef and a restaurant owner. Savrli didn’t start as a tech company. It started as a problem I lived every day.

“We were dying. Slowly.”

Run a restaurant long enough and you stop counting the hours. You stop counting the rent, the food cost, the staff turnover, the reviews you can’t respond to.

What you can’t stop counting is the marketing tax.

To get found, you have to make content. To make content, you have to hire creators, or learn to be one. To get seen, you have to buy ads on platforms that don’t care if you fill seats. To stay relevant, you have to do it again next week, and the week after, and the week after that.

You spend money you don’t have. You hope it works. Most of the time, you don’t even know if it did.

The whole industry is doing this. Quietly bleeding out, one campaign at a time.

“Discovery, content, and story all live in different rooms. They shouldn’t.”

The diner has one app to find a restaurant, another to watch food shows, another to follow a chef on social. Each platform owns a slice of the experience. None of them know each other.

The restaurant has to show up on all of them. Pay all of them. Hope all of them work.

The chef has to build a personal brand on platforms designed for everything else.

The viewer at home watches a food show, falls in love with a place, and has no path from the screen to the table.

It’s a broken loop. Savrli closes it.

“One company. Three doors.”

Savrli App

for the people who eat.

Vibe-first discovery. Find a room by feeling, not a five-star average. Powered by Kai, our natural-language AI, and the creators who actually go.

Savrli Network

for the people who watch.

A streaming home for hospitality and culture content. Restaurants and chefs, hotels and rooms, bars, markets, cities. Shows, documentaries, short-form, live events. Everything we make, in one place.

Savrli Studios

for the people who make.

The production company behind the network. Hospitality and tourism through a culinary lens. Original series, brand content, live events, and The Houses, our creator residency in every city.

The app finds the room. The network tells the story. The studio makes the work. The guest, the chef, and the operator finally share an address.

“Savrli, everywhere.”

In five years, Savrli is on every phone, in every city. Because every human eats. Every human looks for a feeling. A vibe. A cuisine. An experience.

Savrli is where you find what you’re looking for. Where you watch the story behind it. Where you enjoy the experience even when you can’t be there.

That’s the company we’re building. That’s the why.
